Something happened today that pressed something out of alignment in my neck, and I physically have been crying when I move wrong. Please pray that the chiropractor can see me tomorrow. I can't function like this.

Nothing escapes your notice. You are well aware of Scribe's pain, and you know precisely what is needed to ease that pain. Lord would you heal her, would you provide the means for her comfort. But if not that, if you have some other plan for her, help her to see it and welcome your work in her life. Please give her rest and peace and a sense of your presence.

Dear Lord,
I ask you to lift up Michelle and comfort her. Free her from pain. Heal her with your gentle and merciful hand. Help her rest in your arms, and send her practical support and assistance, as well as kindness from others around her. Amen.
I'm SO sorry you are in pain. I'll keep praying.

P.S. my favorite comfort measure for back/neck/muscle pain is a Rice Bag (5 pounds of rice sewn into a folded in half hand towel). You microwave it for about 5 minutes, and it's like a gentle heating pad that shapes around any place that hurts.
Thanks for the prayer, Wayne! I was able to get into the chiropractor this morning, and he confirmed that there's something out out place in my neck and as well as my shoulder. Can we say *ow*? Anyway, doing some better today, the ice is helping a lot.
Thanks too, Pais and Sharon. I didn't get a whole lot of sleep tonight, so I know I will be running on prayer and fumes today and tomorrow. Far too much to do.
