Character Developement Continues

I'm still in Character Development Land and my visa for the visit expired yesterday. *sigh* While the idea that I had yesterday is still good so far, it means creating yet another character who then needs to have interactions and a personality. You need to like them. Which means I suppose I should go and get my visa renewed before the paper tigers come and throw me in prison. I still feel like I'm 'wasting time' and not writing. Ugh. I wonder where this mindset came from? I'd really like to know because then I could return it and get my money back?
