What Do You Listen To When You Write?

Thursday, June 14, 2007

The Trouble With Hopper. . .

. . .Is that the distributor that we were told to go through is telling us that 'we don't have The Lion Vrie' even though I ordered my copy through them less than a week ago. This is getting to be a comedy of errors. Please continue to pray for COMMUNICATION to be smoothed out on this point. My boss is understandably frustrated. And I'm the one with my neck out there going 'Hey it'll be fun, we'll get good turn out, remember how well we've done with Batson and Polivka? Well now here's our opportunity to have four authors come at once and have a real busy and fun day.. . "

I'm startin to feel the tickle of steel along the back of said neck.

In other news, the Neuro-opthamologist a clean bill of health and said that the inside of my eyes are 'beautiful' that there is no seen problem with the optic nerve as was feared, and that the trouble with my left eye might be astigmatism. I go back to the eye doctor in a few weeks to have that checked. But no more doctors for right now. I need a break.
